2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final prices are confirmed in writing via signed contract.

3. Orders and Payment

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product category
• Payment terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% before shipment
• Accepted methods: T/T, L/C, escrow services

4. CITES Compliance

All agarwood products are exported with valid CITES permits. Buyers are responsible for import permits and customs clearance in their destination country.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on oudlink.com, including text, images, logos, and the OudLink™ trademark, is owned by OudLink and protected by copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

OudLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guangdong Province, China. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maoming courts.
