Service lines

  • Oud chips wholesale — high-oil large, high-oil small, natural tree chips, multiple grades. MOQ from 100 g.
  • Oud oil wholesale — hydro-distilled at our Maoming facility, aged on-site, MOQ from 5 ml premium / 20 ml commercial.
  • Kynam program — grafted Green and Black كينام from our SCAU partner farm, limited per harvest.
  • Sapling supply — two-year grafted Aquilaria sinensis saplings for plantation customers, phytosanitary-certified.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer custom blending or grading?
Yes. Custom blends, oil cuts to specification, and bespoke grading by sinking density are available — see the Custom Agarwood page for the standard process.
What payment terms do you support?
T/T (wire) is standard. Letter of Credit is supported for orders above USD 50,000. Crypto payments accepted on request for repeat customers under prior arrangement.
Do you provide samples?
Paid samples are available against a sample fee that is credited toward the first commercial order. Free samples are not standard policy — agarwood economics make even a 5-gram chip a meaningful give-away.
What Incoterms do you use?
EXW Maoming, FOB Guangzhou, CIF destination port — pick what suits your logistics. Air freight via DHL / FedEx for high-value lots; sea freight for bulk chips and saplings.
How long does an order take to ship?
In-stock items: 3–5 business days from confirmed payment. Custom blends or specific grade lots: 2–4 weeks depending on availability and CITES paperwork.
