Direct supplier vs. trader
A trader buys finished material from collectors and resells. Margins compound with each layer; provenance documentation gets re-issued or lost. OudLink cultivates the trees, induces resin formation, harvests, sorts, distills, grades, packages, and ships under our own permit. There is no upstream — we are the upstream.
Quality control responsibilities
Because we own every step, we own every defect. Sinking-grade verification, GC-MS spot checks, visual inspection on every commercial lot, photo-documented QC records, and customer-side reference samples held for two years post-shipment. Disputes are resolved against documented evidence, not opinion.
