Process

  2. Receive a feasibility note within 2 business days: what's possible, lead time, indicative pricing.
  3. Approve a custom-quote and pay 50 % deposit.
  4. QC photos and (for oils) GC-MS sent before final balance.
  5. Shipment under CITES with bespoke documentation if required.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum custom order?
Custom chip grading: same MOQ as standard wholesale. Custom oil cuts: 50 ml minimum (one full distillation cut). Custom blends: 100 ml minimum.
Can you replicate a specific oud profile?
Yes — provide a reference sample (5 ml minimum) and target use case. We GC-MS analyse the reference, identify the sesquiterpene fingerprint, and propose a closest match from our distillation lots or a custom distillation run.
Do you sign NDAs for proprietary blends?
Routinely. Standard NDA template available; we sign your template if reasonable. Proprietary formulas are kept in encrypted batch records, accessible only to the production lead and the buyer.
What's the longest lead time for custom?
Bespoke fresh distillation with extended aging: up to 12 months for premium tier. Most custom orders complete in 4–8 weeks.
Can you do private-label packaging?
Yes. We produce private-label glass vials, wooden gift boxes, and printed inserts. Minimum private-label run typically 100 units.
